Cadbury Choc Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS
125G SOFTENED BUTTER
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/3 CUP CASTER SUGAR
1 EGG
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 1/2 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR
3/4 CUP CADBURY MILK CHOCOLATE BAKING CHIPS
DIRECTIONS

1. Cream together butter and sugars until nice and fluffy and light
2. Whisk in egg and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour then fold in the chocolate chips
4. Place spoonfulls on greased baking trays.
5. Bake in a moderately slow oven at 160°C for 10 -15 minutes or until cooked. Cool on wire rack.
