Lamb Gozleme

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE DOUGH

- 1 cup plain flour + extra for dusting

- 1 cup self-raising flour

- 300g low-fat Greek-style natural yoghurt

- 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

Combine flours, yoghurt and salt in a bowl. Using hands, bring dough together into a ball. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth. Cut dough into four equal portions. Cover dough with plastic food wrap or a clean tea towel to prevent drying out while preparing filling.

 

To cook, add your filling into the rolled out dough and cook on the stove in oil.

In a food processor, blend all of the base ingredients to rough dough. Place 1/2 of the mix into 4 lined medium sized ramekins, spread evenly and press down to compact. Place in the fridge and set remainder of dough to one side at room temperature.

 

in food processor add the cashews, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla blend until its smooth. Pour haf of the vanilla cream in a bowl and set aside
